A note from Community Health Network of CT Foundation: Our Golf Tournament auction will help CHNCT Foundation advance, support, and promote programs and activities that fundamentally improve the health status of the people of Connecticut. All auction proceeds will go directly to support these programs, including Adolescent Health and Welfare (KHAIR), Nutrition and Food Security (Cooking Matters) and Mini-Grant Making to community health agencies and nonprofits committed to health promotion and outreach.
